We ventured into the unknown this year, and we’re glad we did it.  We kept alive the plant sale tradition, both in working together and in earning money for the club. We’re really glad that several new members joined us in digging, donating plants, and helping out at the sale. They’re great!

We raised less than we did at the pre-pandemic public plant sales of the past, of course. However, what with our first online, members-only plant sale last fall and this year’s spring sale, we managed to add income to the budget for the year, so this seems pretty good to us!

We really enjoyed being together again. There was genuine joy when each member pulled up in front of the staging area, to drop off or pick up plants, and we saw each other for the first time in so long.
